21.3.2009 Laksa in Parit Buntar

As what I mention above, today we go for Laksa in Parit Buntar. The location of the stall is hidden in a rural village in Parit Buntar. Since 1 of my friend knows the location for that, so we didn’t get lost. We go there at around 10.45am and the stall is not yet starts their business and we plan to hang out our time at supermarket first, before the stall start their business at 11.30am.

laksa

We go back to the stall at the time and we found that there are a lot people stay at there. Some are queuing for tapoa and some waiting for the seat. It is quite terrible because the shopkeepers can’t even stop their work for preparing the laksa and we estimate that they able to produce more than 800 bowls of laksa, not per day, because the giant amount of laksa will be sold out in about 1 hour. Since we wasting long time for waiting, so all of us eat 2 bowls for revenge. It is cost RM 2.20 per bowl and the stall will only business at Saturday and Sunday only.

"Penang Sakura"or called “tecoma” in scientific name.

In the way of going back to school, we saw this “Penang Sakura” or called “tecoma” in scientific name. It is quite beautiful and it available in pink and white colour, but the period for the flower from blossom to fade is just in about 10 days.

beautiful.. of course, this is real sakura in Japan
